Frequently Asked Questions

Can I get a refund?

We do not accept refunds. We accept exchanges for up to 10 days if a garment is faulty. Please refer to the size chart to ensure your correct size is ordered.

How long does shipping take?

For standard U.S shipping, please allow up to 5 days for garments to be processed. After orders are processed, please allow up to 1-3 business days for the package to reach you.

Is expedited shipping available?

Once an order is processed, your package will be delivered using FedEx 3Day Freight. Depending on delivery location, some packages may arrive sooner than three days. 

Is international shipping available? How long does it take?

We do provide international shipping to several different countries using DHL Express. Shipping costs and estimated arrival will be calculated based on address through Shopify at checkout. For any other questions regarding international shipping, contact our email oautica@gmail.com

What shipping services are used?

FedEx 3Day Freight in the U.S and DHL Express for international orders.  

Do you accept custom orders?

Currently, we are not accepting custom orders.
